From Kindness to Community Fun: February Recap & Exciting March Plans at TLN
In February, for Random Acts of Kindness Day (February 17th), Twin Lake North visited Feed My Starving Children to help pack food for kids in need. I appreciate everyone who came to support us. I love how much heart Twin Lake North has. It was not only a rewarding time, but also very fun! We also visited the African American Heritage Museum to go back in time and learn more about black history right here in Minnesota.
This month at TLN, we will be having a selfie contest and I will also be providing a St. Patrick’s Day treat! A really fun event the past couple of months has been bingo night, which will be coming back on March 25th @ 3 PM. I ask that everyone come out with your friends, your family, and your neighbors. This is an event that you don’t want to miss.
On March 27th at 2 PM, come on over with an empty stomach because we will be going out to lunch at 50s Grill! This is a community favorite and if you haven’t been, you’re missing out.
