Spring brings a Scavenger Hunt to Summit Oaks!
Spring is here but you won’t know that by all the snow we have! So, Summit Oaks set up a scavenger Hunt for their resident. It ran from Monday, March 24th through Friday, March 29th, the resident had clues on their door every morning to solve. When the clue was found they had to take a picture or write down where the Bunny sticker had landed. Friday the last day 4 clues led them to the office where they received a prize. Participations of the resident was great and they are excited to get involved with many of the activities in April
We started with the Galleria on April 3rd and continued with an April 5th visit from Comfort Keepers, a home health agency with locations in the Metro area. https://www.comfortkeepers.com/. They joined us to provide information on helping seniors thrive safely while living independently at home. A new activity that is a hit is Summit Oaks own version of Crazy Bingo our next game will be April 10th, everyone is welcome to come. On Tuesday, April 23rd we have a Defensive Driving seminar and on Wednesday, April 24th Coon Rapids Police Department memebers are coming to talk about Police Technology.
