Ida Marie Legacy Welcomes December
The December winds are swirling around the Legacy patio and bits of snow find a resting place on the window sills it brings a chill to those sitting close to the windows. Its Cocoa time in Ida Marie Legacy it’s a add on for our library coffee cart now that winter is here. Folk love to sit and chat or just sip on cocoa and a cookie as they read those wonderful Christmas letter from loved one far away.
The holiday here at the Legacy bring out the best smiles and greeting from both staff and residents. Camped out in front of the main fireplace in our Grand Parlor just enjoying the fellowship of Christmas and all that it brings. We like to open as many doors to the Kitchen areas so residents can smell the caramel puffcorn baking in the oven or sweet Sinker doodles fresh out the oven all for the dinner menu each night. December will bring many residents together for music and fun throughout the month with plenty of warm beverages and goodies to go with them.
