Here we come a Wassailing at the Legacy
The winter is cold, but should never be used as an excuse for not getting together. Button up your warmest coat, and buckle up your boots!
Here at The Legacy of St. Anthony, we have plenty of space for family gatherings. Consider reserving the Town Hall, the Village Room or the family space located in the Care Suites. Coming in from out of town? Look into renting our guest suites. Whatever it may be, we want to make sure your holidays are memorable.
Team Legacy will be giving back to our community by collecting food, warm mittens, caps and toys. Look for the donation box in the lobby. We will be taking those items to a local (https://givesalvationarmy.org) Salvation Army. Everyone is invited to assist “Team Legacy” by making sure a members of our community can feel the love during the Holidays. The last day to make a donation is December 20th, at 3:00 p.m.
Want to find out about the story behind the Christmas Carol named “Here We Come a Wassailing?” Come on in for the Christmas Wassailing Tea event on Tuesday, December 24th at 2:00 p.m. And yes, there will be treats along with a steaming cup of “Wassail.”
And finally, ring in the New Year on Tuesday, December 31st at 1:00 p.m. in the dining room. It’s sure to be a festive occasion.
