This month, our talented Chef Jack wowed the residents with a mouthwatering demonstration of Butter Chicken – a rich and creamy dish that’s beloved by many. With a pinch of spice and a touch of warmth, Chef Jack guided everyone through the steps of preparing this Indian-inspired classic. From selecting the right spices to the secret behind the perfectly tender chicken, residents enjoyed both the demonstration and the chance to sample the final dish. Upcoming in March: St. Patrick’s Day Lunch
March is here, and with it comes our festive St. Patrick’s Day Lunch, just around the corner! On March 17th, we’ll be serving up a special menu inspired by the rich flavors of Irish cuisine. From hearty stews to classic corned beef and cabbage, our St. Patty’s Day lunch will transport our residents to the heart of Ireland.
There will be green drinks, festive decorations, and plenty of smiles as everyone gathers to celebrate the luck of the Irish. We can’t wait to share this special meal with our residents and make St. Patrick’s Day an unforgettable experience. Keep an eye on the dining room for some fun surprises that will add even more cheer to this day of celebration.
