Legacy Ida Marie Provides “Comfort” all Winter Long

One of the great advantages of a cold Minnesota winter is we get to eat comfort foods during the cold months and here at Ida Marie Legacy those comfort foods are in high demand. Our monthly Chef chat has been beneficial to all forms of feedback on this year’s winter menus and were all the better for it.

Meatloaf, Chicken Fried Steak, Baked Lasagna, Roasted Turkey just to name a few, plus having residents engage with the food team on a monthly bases just adds to the shared ownership and customer service we strive for here at Ida Marie.

We’re looking forward to teaming up with Activities each month to celebrate residents Birthday in our dining room with entertainment, cake and ice cream. February brings our planning together to start thinking about our raised garden bed and what’s in store for our Spring planting. I can’t wait for spring.
