Cedarwood Continues to Move Forward on Providing the Lang Nelson Experience!

As the summer season comes to an end, the staff at Cedarwood has taken some time to reflect with residents about all of the improvements to the community despite an exhausting pandemic.  The backbone of Cedarwood has always been the coming together of residents for activities, events, and gatherings.  With COVID-19 the residents and staff had to adapt to such distancing.  While the community continued to keep busy with things to do, there was also many physical improvements throughout Cedarwood.

We continued to move Cedarwood forward!  In-unit renovations of all 160 apartments were temporarily put on hold but has now begun again while practicing safety protocols.  The pool, despite some restrictions, was resurfaced, connected to better boilers, and was beautifully landscaped.  The Community Room and fitness rooms were updated with new TV’s.  New chutes were put in the trash rooms.  This fall the exterior of both buildings are scheduled to be painted and a new garden fence will be installed in September.  It may not have been a great summer to commune in our typical fashion, but our commitment to keeping Cedarwood great remains strong.
