Working out “Smart” at the Crossings

Residents at The Crossings at Brookwood take the “Fitness Challenge” in their newly renovated and enhanced “Smart Fitness Center.”

Our fitness center has a new look with brand new state-of-the-art “Smart” exercise equipment!  The Crossings at Brookwood partnered with Johnson Fitness for our new equipment. They did such a wonderful job getting it all delivered and set up and a special thank you to Tim Dalluhn from Johnson fitness for coming and demonstrating all the state-of-the-art features on our new machines! Resident enjoy taking a walk or going for a run on our “Smart” Treadmill anywhere in the world.   Or, watch a movie, listen to music, and much more. The new “Smart” NuStep recumbent cross-trainer exercise bike has similar features and provides a low-impact workout.   Come join in!  Take the “Fitness Challenge” and win great prizes!
