Cloverleaf Courts Celebrates LNRVM #11!

Each year, Lang Nelson expands on our mission of enhancing our residents’ lives each and every day with a month-long celebration called Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month, or LNRVM.  This year marked 11 years of LNRVM, kicking off with an “Honest to Donuts” event with delicious doughnuts from Northtown Cub, there were also other featured special events each week along with personal visits from staff with residents – as many as we could get to – throughout the month.  It’s a unique program in property management, and supports our focus on building and improving relationships, engaging with our residents and their VIPs, and celebrating what makes Cloverleaf Courts such an amazing place to call home.

While all the parties and events were well-attended and fun, we as a team especially enjoyed visiting with residents, learning about their lives, and why they chose us.  We heard such amazing feedback during those visits that reinforced our mission and values as a rental company, validated why we do what we do, and showcased just how engaging and rewarding it is to live (and work) in a community like Cloverleaf Courts.
