Broadway Village asks Trick or Treat?
Hiking, hayrides, pumpkin patches, and bonfires, so many exciting things to do in the fall season. As we approach the worlds annual spooky season celebration – Halloween, let’s go over some ways you, your kids and grandkids can have fun and be safe!
- Do not accept homemade treats: Homemade treats may be a good idea if you’re on a budget, however stick to handing these out or receiving these treats from people you know and trust.
- Check your candy: Commercially wrapped candy is usually the safest, however you should still ensure its safety by remembering to not eat it before checking for tampering; holes, tears or discoloration of wrapping.
- Stick to what you know: If you don’t know the neighborhood, don’t go there for trick or treating.
If you and your family are just simply bored of doing the door to door trick or treat scene, there are still other options, if not better and safer ways to celebrate.
