Blaine Courts Keeps on Learning!
Blaine Courts is proud to be an inclusive community, and proud of our residents who go above and beyond to be inclusive and help others learn new things. Terri and John are proud members of the Deaf Community and took it upon themselves to offer a beginner’s American Sign Language (ASL) class to their neighbors. In their weekly classes, they teach the ASL alphabet, common words like “Thank you,” “Good Morning” and more. The class has been a hit and has grown from the first offering. It is common now to see neighbors pass by John and Terri in the halls and common areas and sign “Hello” or “How are you?” to each other, and they will continue to offer the classes as the group grows.
John and Terri are wonderful examples of our CARE 2025 mantra at Blaine Courts, and proof that you’re never too wise to learn something new at any age! Inclusivity, social opportunities, and more is what we offer our residents every day as part of the experience of calling Blaine Courts home. Call or email us today to learn more about our daily resident-driven programming (or even attend our ASL class), hear about our community outreach, and ask about availability and pricing. We have rent-ready one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for you to make your new home in 2025 and start living the Lang Nelson Experience!
