Season of Giving is Alive and Well at Blaine Courts
Blaine Courts residents have been embracing and living our 2022 mantra “Be The Difference” all year, but especially during this Season of Giving. We began in November with our annual canned food drive, raising over 100 lbs. for the local emergency food shelf, and continue into December with our toy drive for Toys For Tots. The giving spirit is alive and well within our walls, and residents are eager to spread that spirit outside their apartments to our friends and neighbors in the community. Plans for a future outing to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children are in the works, and at each worship service, our in-house chaplain, Pastor Rick, collects donations for different organizations residents pick to donate to each quarter, the next recipient being Union Gospel Mission.
