The Arbors of White Bear Lake was the honored winner of the Landscaping and use of Space Madacs Award at the 2015 awards Ceremony at the Hilton in Minneapolis. We had decorated our new gazebo with patriotic décor and with the outstanding bushes, plants, flowers and trees that adorn the Arbors,
