Orono Woods Partners With Trinity

Here in Orono/Long Lake, the local churches and the community work together to give back.  We support each other at all times and especially in times of need. 

Trinity Lutheran, Calvin Presbyterian and St. George churches unite to provide monthly meals for their church members and the community as a whole. These monthly Community Meals aim to bring people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities together for a meal so that people who might have never met otherwise will have the opportunity to get to know one another. The meals will provide a space where old friendships are strengthened and new friendships are formed. 

All meals are free, open to the community, and distributed at Trinity (curbside pick-up, Door C, 5:30-6:30 pm) on the fourth Thursday of the month.

Orono Woods has been able to provide donations to their “home care” distribution.  This month, we gave 25 laundry packets to have available for pick up.
