2020 Remembrance Capsule of the COVID-19 Worldwide Pandemic at The Legacy

Here at The Legacy, we know that COVID-19 is not over or gone but, the residents and staff are ready to begin packing away some of their memories of the last year. The capsule contains items placed by the residents to commemorate surviving with grace and dignity. Although personal freedoms were given up, as a community we grew in connection, love and empathy. Our rugged and worn-out suitcase we felt was the right storage to use for our items as this last year has taken a toll on all but, together to move forward and go from surviving to thriving in our everyday life.
