Continuum of Care at The Legacy of St. Anthony

Here at The Legacy of St. Anthony, our residents are spoiled by all of our staff, including our Resident Services Coordinator Breanna.

Breanna acts as your concierge when you move in. She coordinates your move from the start by organizing a moving truck, setting up your phone and cable, arranging your furniture, hanging pictures, and more!

In addition to helping with the move-in process, Breanna is involved in our many activities and is our expert at Continuum of Care. When you move into a Lang Nelson community, Breanna is your contact for questions regarding any extra care you may need! She can connect you with Senior Linkage Line and other resources you may need in the future and answer questions about if and when it’s time for a move.

She is a wealth of general knowledge and has also been known to stop by with big trays of brownies and treats!
