Residents of Creekside Gables are Showered With Gifts!
Our residents a Creekside Gables were blessed with many gifts this Christmas. Starting with Kimberly Czapar, from the Brooklyn Park Police Crime Prevention, who brought us eight handmade throw quilts, 200 Hanes masks, and a candy cane for all. Then we had gifts from Kelly Mertez and Jake Patton who work for the City Brooklyn Park, Park & Recreation department. They were involved in a program called CARES/senior outreach and brought us 90 bags filled with essentials; items included toilet tissue, dish soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, soap bar, hand lotion, and masks! Not only did every resident get a bag full of the essentials but they also delivered:
- 2 Joy for all Animals (1 cat & 1 dog) battery operated companion animals
- 5 – Pocket talkers - hearing assist amplifiers
- 3- Samsung Chromebooks
- 4 – boxes of clear face masks.
We were so grateful that they thought about Creekside Gables. We want to give a big thank you to the Brooklyn Park Police and the City of Brooklyn Park for making our Holidays brighter! We are truly blessed and thankful for your continued support.
