The Arbors Played “Are You My Neighbor?”

The residents of The Arbors of White Bear Lake had a great time playing “Are You My Neighbor?”.  We collected our resident’s high school pictures and had them guess who was who! It was so much fun to see all of the pictures and just as much fun to chat about. 

Once we revealed the names of each resident, there was even more discussion and fun. Many of the comments received from the residents were about how this brought them all together. It was our most popular events so far this month, driving community and conversation!

This month we are also hosting several free health screenings.  We will be having our monthly blood pressure checks, our podiatrist visit is this month as well as a new screening for balance.  Balance plays an important role in mobility as well as stability.  Balance screenings are an important tool in fall prevention.
