Friday 49'ers Day

Fridley’s 49’ers Day Festival has been a beloved tradition for over 50 years, celebrating the heart of the community every June. This vibrant, multi-day event includes activities such as a parade, fun run, and the much-anticipated citywide Medallion Hunt. Clues to the hidden medallion are shared on the city’s website, with the treasure tucked away somewhere in the city’s park system. The lucky winner of the hunt can take home a grand prize of up to $750! Citywide Garage Sale

Fridley’s annual Citywide Garage Sale is a community event that brings neighbors together in the spirit of collaboration and sustainability. In 2024, over 150 sales were registered!
